I plan to start a youtube channel. Here's my idea.

I plan to start a youtube channel to talk about my beginner's journey in real estate investing where I talk to an audience about my action steps to getting started in investing in Midwest such as how I formed a LLC and film clips of distressed properties that I tour on-site and my real-time thinking on how I evaluate properties and the steps on buying a property. I want to show people a slice of my real estate life as I go about making micro-decisions in finding my next investment property. Would folks be interested in seeing such a youtube channel? I know there are successful real estate channels like the Graham Stephan show to Morris real estate advice that give advice to beginners on how to get started. There hasn't been any real estate channels from a beginner's perspective.

lol one could easily argue that the Morris Invest channel is from a beginners perspective because it sure ain't from that of someone who knows what they are doing.
