Bigger Pockets mobile app

Anyone else having problems with the BiggerPockets mobile app? I've been having issues with it for quite some time actually. I put up with but the issues have seemed to have gotten worse. The threads on the forums seem to hang forcing me to shut down the app. Additionally my alerts tab no longer works. When I click on it to check the latest keyword alerts that have popped up on my radar, it just hangs. I checked with BiggerPockets support over 2weeks ago and they said it's an issue on their end. They have no ETA on this. I'm surprised no one else has been complaining about the app .
