What’s everyone’s perspective on the MLS

Hello everyone,

Thought I'd take to the forums for this one. I am a new agent in Orlando, fl and I've never had experience with the MLS. I just got access to it this week. I've always used Zillow, and realtor.com to have fun searching around, I'm sure most of us have used their platform. Websites like those I've listed above have self explanatory interfaces where it's very user friendly. And now that I've been playing with the MLS they've designed the interface so poorly. It's much harder to use and understand, I was wondering if anyone else had these same thoughts. Maybe advice on getting used to their platform?

@Mike Sempier I am an agent here in Orlando also and I find the MLS to be better due to the different types of searches that can be done and the ability to set up alerts. Spend some time watch the instructional classes online and then go and play a bunch.
