Investor Carrot vs Lead Propeller or other site builders...

I'm in the process of sourcing a site builder, looking for feedback and experience with the above.

Does anyone have experience with both?

Most investors in my area use Investor Carrot; would going a different route help me stand out or is their market share a sign of a quality product?

Are there other/better options available?
