Looking for input/info on PM Software - Tenant Cloud?

First time poster, long time Podcast listener.

I recently came across Tenant Cloud in a google search for free PM software. It looks pretty good with a basic version being free up to 75 units.  Im 2 days into using it doing basic data entry things.  I like the dashboard.  It reminds me of appfolio, which i would love... but am not paying the price tag for my small portfolio.

Have you used this software?  any info you can share would be greatly appreciated!
