Which online tools do you use for market and research?
Wondering what consensus is among investors here regarding various online tools and resources for market research, both local and national? I know about Crime Reports. Recently discovered Neighborhoodscout dot com, it seems to have a lot of information but also has a hefty monthly fee. Mostly looking for local information on market trends. Not sure if there are any sites that can compile lots of data for any zip code/city, etc. Hope this makes sense. Thank you for any guidance!
