OMG...Another Craigslist Thread...

I'm interested in hearing, seeing and discussing current craigslist techniques to acquire seller leads.

Not interested in buyers, I'm going to be the buyer. I've been down the road to manipulating CL to acquire buyers/wholesalers etc...

Idea is this, I'm getting my simple landing page/site/lead capturing or whatever you want to call thanks to Jerry Puckett and b/c of the inspiration to get back into marketing, specifically, video marketing thanks to Brandon L.. I'd like to also create some sort of html coding with a screen shot similar to an article written here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2009/09/10/embed-youtube-videos-craigslist/.

I hope you see where I'm going with this. If you're willing to share, post up whats working for you, maybe a link to an existing live link on CL or an image of what you're using to drive traffic. Verbiage, layout and anything else that you feel is helping you.

Lastly, I know, at least in my market, CL is flooded with crap. I'm just looking for whats working with you in hopes that I may take small pieces and put something together for myself currently. CL won't be a driving factor but with their repost abilities, once I get it all set up, I don't expect to spend anymore than 5mins every few days.
