I currently have 3 units, with 2 more coming soon. I am looking for something geared toward smaller self managing landlords. Looking for the ability to list properties, receive applications, screen tenants, receive rent, and have a maintenance portal. The website looks like it covers all of this, but I haven't seen a lot of talk about it. More people seem to be using TenantCloud or Cozy. Just wanted to see if there is any feedback either way. Thank you.
