Legal content on websites and the FTC?

I remember when I first started to build our site and reading BiggerPockets about illegal content on websites and the FTC. I don't remember exactly what it was but had something to do with posting deals, or percentages on returns, and other financial information.  Does anybody have any references besides going to the FTC website about what shouldn't and cannot be posted on websites for real estate investing?

I appreciate the help with this.

Thank you
