Podio CRM - What configuration works really well for BRRRR?

I just listened to episode 235 with Anson Young. Both Anson and Brandon recommended using Podio CRM, so I'm checking that out at the free tier.  It appears to be very configurable, with different apps that work together for your specific workflow.

Do you use Podio? Do you recommend it? If so, what have you found to be a good configuration (set of packages, etc) for BRRRR types of investments: Finding/tracking/analyzing deals, making offers, closing, rehabbing, tracking contacts (contractors, wholesaler contacts, lenders, etc), and running the actual rentals?

If you use something else, what works well for you?
