I’m looking for a way to divide expenses between multiple flips. I’m almost exclusively on my mobile. I’ve used Mint for personal finance, but it can’t split into projects. Any help is appreciated.

Hey @Luke Fouch @Brandon Hall has a great Blog about it check it out... Accounting for House Flippers: Best Practices Investors Should Know . I would start your journey there.

He doses mention QBO as the preferred platform, and if I were in your shoe's I would use no other software than QBO Online and partner with a CPA to set it up right.

I will check back in here, curious to see what route you go.
