I've been using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, hotpads, backpage, Craigslist, and many other sites which return me almost no leads. Am I missing something? Does anyone know of some good websites that have lead to a deal closing?

Hey Chenelle!

Joshua is right on with staying determined and using Bigger Pockets in particular.

Keep your social marketing campaigns going, most people don't realize that those are long term opportunities that grow every day they are actively used.

If your looking to sell - Start writing a blog and posting at least weekly on it about your experiences. Post articles on places like ezinearticles... Become an expert.

As you become recognized, you'll be surprised at the emails and leads you will get.

Hit me up on PM and I can recommend a group that can consult you a little deeper than I've gone. Otherwise, keep asking questions on BP and you'll get there!
