Rentometer accurate for Multifamily (2,3,4 units)?
Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of analyzing deals for small multifamily properties and I'm wondering whether, in your experience, rentometer was accurate for 2,3,4 unit properties? For instance, if you were analyzing a duplex (each unit is 2 bed 1 bath), would you just put a 2 bed house in Rentometer?
Thanks in advance!
