Property Management Bookkeeping software?
Curious what property managers on here are using for bookkeeping software.
Currently I have a client that uses QBO her property management business. She's not a big fan.
Needs to be able to generate monthly statements and annual statements for property owners showing rent revenue, managements fees taken out, and other expenses. Currently she's doing this with classes in QBO but it's very mechanical and tedious.
