We are currently in the process of having a new website being built and I would like to have a tab where if someone wanted to become a private lender they can download a basic application, complete it and email it to us.

My questions is, what is allowed to use as language so to not get in trouble for violating any type of SEC rules? Just looking for a few suggestions from anyone who knows what is and is not allowed, thanks!!!
