Recommended Tasks For My Virtual Assistant?

In an effort to focus my energy on the right tasks, I am hiring a VA to take on the more medial tasks that have been eating at my time. They will be handling the data input for incoming leads, property/owner research, a quick analysis, some marketing online, and answering emails/texts. I'm trading place with them, with regards to most of the admin. They will be hired for about 3 hours a day, and I've made tutorials for about everything they will be involved in. Are there any other tasks that could really optimize the time they spend working on the business?
