Privy Software Company - Not Getting Response

A couple weeks ago I signed up for the Privy Software site after seeing a presentation and wanted to try it out. They were offering a really good price for a year subscription and a 30 day trial period that if you didn't like it you could get a refund. Anyway, I tried it for about a week and found it just wasn't working for me. I have been trying to contact someone at Privy since the end of last week to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but have gotten no responses. Used a couple email addresses I found on the site, used their contact form, etc. Nothing.

Has anyone else dealt with them and had issues like this? I was kind of nervous about signing on even with the discount and the 30 day trial because it was a fairly large sum of money. I didn't think it would be an issue to cancel if I didn't like it. Now I am kind of regretting not going with my gut on this one.
