Contacting people interested in units

I am working for a property management company and we are trying to find a good service to use that will allow us to mass text people who show interest in our vacant units.  We currently use Showmojo, which is great for generating leads who are interested in our units, but it won't allow us to send the same text message to all of the leads.  I want to know what technology you guys use to achieve this.
