Any Podio Experts Around?

I am integrating Podio to help streamline my business and so far I'm loving it but it seems so freaking complicated. I am extremely computer literate can operate almost any program or operating system and have even done website design but Podio is tricky. I am having some difficulty getting my mail campaigns and seller information put together properly.

I have 2 apps that will track this the one is called campaigns and the other is sellers. I want to be able to track what and when I mail to people and then when they call I want to be able to pull them up in podio by name or address and have the rest auto populate based on the information I uploaded. Neither area is allowing me to do this? I would also like for them to be pulled from the mailing list when I enter them as a incoming call so I can somehow pull the filtered mail campaign each month and have the people that called removed so I dont mail them again.

Hi Sam

Podio is definitely amazing, and as you've discovered it requires some initial investment to get things set up.

I'd suggest looking for a Podio consultant, either on Upwork or via the Podio Partner request form: https://podio.com/webforms/2716831/200839

You should be able to find a consultant that has a real estate template to start with (here's an example one below) that can be tweaked to meet the specific workflow for your business.

There are also some more turn-key options out there for Podio, like Investorfuse and SellerleadsCRM.

As to your specific question, you can use Globiflow to set up the autopopulation of data.  The Podio "Premium" plan includes Globiflow.

Good luck!
