Any software to help with organizing network/contacts

Aloha BP!

Is anyone using some sort of software or app to help organize their contacts they've made through networking? I'm finding it to be a little cumbersome to keep notes about certain people on a note pad or in my phone then try to remember where did I store those notes. Other times, I have someone recommending me to someone via email and it gets lost in the sea of emails I have everyday. I'm eager to hear what everyone uses here on BP.
