Companies That Help Automate Podio

BP family.  Quick question, and I did see a couple of posts that addressed the issue somewhat but not completely.  Are there any companies or freelance workers anyone would recommend to help automate Podio?

Problem is I have no idea how to do things like connect it with Mailchimp so my leads are automatically integrated from Podio, and when seller and buyer leads come in from my sites, have it automatically fill into Podio. Also seems as though some of the apps I use are not linked. I have to go back and re-enter information that I would love to have auto populate. Should have already done this, but I'll be adding CallRail and of course I would want that marketing information to fill into Podio as well, and make it all around user-friendly for me, a VA or any new team member to use. Just a little background info, but I'm currently using the setup from Sean Terry's program, but it could definitely be improved.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  I would do it myself, but my time is becoming scarce and more and more valuable, so "do it yourself" guides not needed at the moment.

Thanks in advance for any info!

@Michael Hayes   I use Zapier to move my Buyers from Podio to MailChimp automatically. There is a ready made Zap that will move a lead from a Podio app to a MailChimp list of your choosing. It happens the second you enter an email address for that lead in Podio. Zapier is free.

There are many other ready made zaps to move data into and out of Podio. You may find what you're looking for in those.

In order to automate within Podio (app to app) I think you have to use Globiflow which now costs at a minimum $24 a month (or there abouts). I don't use Globiflow yet.
