Collaborative expense approval app?

Looking to find a collaborative app where my partners and I can quickly input a new expense on a rehab that we can all view and approve before moving forward.  I know we could do a google spreadsheet but we are all constantly on the go and I am looking for something that is very easy to input on the go.  Any suggestions?
