Anyone Using DeptOfNumbers, Zillow, or Ziply for Market Research

I was just wondering if anyone has used the information on DeptOfNumbers.com to help analyze markets for turnkey properties or otherwise? I was curious if the data was accurate and worth using. Perhaps there are better sources of data, such as Zillow and/or Ziply. I am new to real estate investing, but plan on purchasing my first turnkey property in the next few months. Thanks for your help.
