Need a VA for keeping up with Craigslist and zillow ads

Hello everyone! Have not been on in a while, but love having this resource when I need it. 

I am an oddball in modern day because I have all of my staff that actually works in my office and I do not currently use a virtual assistant. 

With that said, I think it is time I get one to manage my online ads. We usually have about 25 properties at any given time available either for sale to investors or available Rent/Rent to own. 

This is taking a tremendous amount of time keeping up on ads, to a point that we are not even running ads on some of our properties. 

I am looking for a good reliable source to find a VA to handle this for me. I am willing to pay a premium for superior service, so do not necessarily send me the bottom of the barrel to save money.

I am not looking to spam or I am not listing anything that I have not bought and paid for, so this is all above board. 

Just need some guidance!
