Best Ringless Voicemail Technology?

Hi BP,

I am checking to see if anyone has any experience and success with Ringless Voicemail.  This is a technology that I am looking to use in my business and it simply is this: "Sending voicemail to someone without their phone ringing"  

This could be a good strategy as I would be able to send multiple voicemails to people (Cash Buyers or Motivated Sellers) at the same time.

I am looking for a legit Software or site that is the best at this technology.  Thanks for the Response.
