Hi.  We recently bought a mobile home park and want to create a website.  The site would contain:

• General information about the park
• Have an input area to send general questions that can be answered by email
• Have an input area for potential residents to put in their name/contact info, etc. so we can pre-screen the applicants
• Mobile friendly since applicant would be putting in information via smart phone.

Does anyone have a similar site and if so, what was the approximate price to get it up and going?
