Have any of you agents sold a property as a pocket listing? I've sold a few properties off-MLS and I've had good experiences.. just wanted to see ya'll thoughts. I just found this article for a service that launched in Portland Oregon which helps promote pocket listings:

i think it would be very popular in cities like san francisco and los angeles where pocket listings are much more common
