30 Min Call w/ Podcast Host (Not Josh Dorkin) What Should I Ask?

I have a schedule 30 min call with Rod Khleif from "The Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast" and I want to make sure I asked the right questions as it pertains to RE. Rod invests in apartments and I want to ask the right questions so that I can get some insight for my own endeavors and hopefully share some valuable feedback/ideas for his brand. Thoughts?
