CHEAP AND ACCURATE PROPERTY LIEN/TITLE CHAIN INFORMATION

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a online database that provides accurate current and past property lien information / title chain information? I would be using it 20-100 times a month. The more options the better. Preferably the least expensive way to go. (of course free would be best but I can't imagine this information would be available easily for free (besides for going to the counties website and searching, I am too lazy for that, and it's usually convoluted information).
