Bogus Russian Traffic/Users on My Website

Hello techies!!

For some strange and odd reason, I'm seeing way too much traffic on my website from Russia. Does anyone happen to know why that is? I want to believe that these are motivated sellers...but...uhhh...I don't think so. 

Any ideas?
