Software to Manage Real Estate Investments

Good Afternoon:

I have a client with a significant real estate investment portfolio. He is trying to keep track of at least 100 properties at any given time in various states of ownership. ( as a partner, as a mortgagee, as a shareholder, landlord, etc. ) He is currently using a combination of Excel and Quickbooks to manage the financial information pertaining to these properties. I am looking for software to manage all of this information. Specifically he would like a 'one sheet" snapshot of each of his properties. And on this sheet he would like to know all of the money put into the property, capital calls, distributions , as well as manager contact information.....everything. If this software could also manage leases that would be helpful but a financial picture of each investment property on a month to month basis is what is most important at this point. Basically he wants a cheat sheet so he can have a general idea of what is going on with each property.

Can I please have some suggestions of different programs that might be useful. My client is not tech savy and so ease of use is also important as well as cost.

Cozy.co seems like it would be a nice platform for A/B rentals and I like google drive to store lease docs, mortgage/loan docs, tax docs, etc. You can then share specific folders with other individuals (lenders, partners, lessees, etc) that require the information.
