I Bought my domain names at Go daddy. I use Blue host for my hosting service. I use WordPress as underlying format to run the site on. WordPress is free. flexible and there are many ad ons.

Now don't worry, you can use anything and change latter. the most important thing is to get something up. Search engines tend to rate older sites higher.  Your site doesn't have to be perfect at first.
