Which Email List Building Software Do You Use For Your Real Estate Business?

I was wondering if anyone is using email list building software and if so, which kind?

I bought some software called Engagifire about a month ago and it has been working awesome for me.   I have added way over 1000 subscribers to my email list and made over $450 in passive income from my autoresponder.    Pretty cool huh?     So I was wondering if any else out there uses a different software or maybe had a different method for producing similar or better results?
