How important do you feel mobile apps are to home-buyers, in their search for real estate?
I am looking for feedback from agents and brokers, who either have their own dedicated (native) mobile App (available for download in the App Store or Google Play) vs. those agents and brokers that are forced to rely on 3rd party advertising apps, like Zillow. This seems to be a hot topic so I'd love to hear everyone's opinion.
