I wanted to find out what some of you more seasoned tech savvy investors are using to get the word out about your properties.

I'm pretty tech savvy and am not scared of any set up requiring programming or otherwise.

I have  done some sales funnel consulting and there are 2 alternatives to Infusionsoft that I am aware of: Hatchbuck and ActiveCampaign

I never used HB but heard great things about it. I have used AC extensively and I personally use Infusionsoft. I highly recommend AC. They don't charge a kickstarter fee and the startup price is much lower than IS. Just be careful to look at pricing on both very carefully. Depending on the scale of your business it could get more expensive to use AC.

As far as functionality, they are very comparable, you just don't get the ecommerce portion with AC. In Real Estate we don't need ecommerce anyways; unless you are selling digital or physical products.
