What Domain to Use for Buying Website?

I just set up my LLC and bought a domain to set up a lead generating site to buy vacant land. However, I'm rethinking using my LLC name as my domain that goes out on postcards and saving it for a selling website where branding will be more important.

What is everyone's thought on how to structure your Internet Empire? Is it better to have something catchy go out on postcards such as selllandfast.com or webuyland.com etc?

I'm excited to dive into this!
