Searching for statewide real estate sales data on/off market

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site or company that provides a lot of (exportable) data on home sales for something bigger than a county.  Ideally a whole state, im in Florida but interested in anywhere. It would seem that some company or someone would harvest that for bigger companies who want to do research.  Thanks for any help.
