Property Management Software In Spanish?

We are evaluating property management systems (123landord, Rentec, Buildium, etc) to manage our single family rentals.  Currently we are using Excel but we'd like to find something more efficient. 

The problem we have is that the person who would do most of the work with the system speaks primarily Spanish which makes it really difficult for her to use a system written in English.

Can anyone recommend a system that is in Spanish?
