New Podcast - Feedback Welcome

Not that long ago I created my own Podcast titled " Investor Talk Radio ". Since I am a turnkey provider in the Memphis TN area, all of my podcasts so far have been from people in my local market from private lenders, property management, home inspections, REIA Club, Turnkey providers, etc.....

The goal in doing this was to bring value by asking these people the real questions that should be asked.  I would love others opinions if anyone was interested in checking it out.
