AgentPro247 Tax Delinquent List

Hi All, I recently signed up for the AgentPro247 trial and after poking around for a while, I was having trouble getting a list of tax delinquent vacant land. I checked several counties (mainly Louisiana parishes) but the ones that said tax delinquent = yes were not delinquent when I cross checked the assessor's website. Anyone else able to pull good tax delinquent lists from AgentPro247? If not, what types of lists do you use it for? Thanks!
