Alternative of PDF Expert for iPAD

I don't know what happened on their latest update but it corrupts all my flattened docs. I can edit a doc but then when I flatten it it corrupts

Looking for an alternative ipad app for signing RE Contracts please let me know what you use! All I really need is something that I can edit a doc and add my signature then email to the selling broker
