Just thought I would toss out my top 5 apps that I use on my phone to help with real estate & investing:

Real Estate Calculator - Free app that allows you to quickly analyze the ROI & CAP on a deal and you can email your self a spread sheet with all the information.

Cam Scanner - Free with ads $4.99 with out. This app allows you to take a picture of anything and crop/brighten and send in PDF format. Great for doing documents on the go.

LoopNet - Free. This is a good sight to find larger deals more commercial then anything.

Real Estate glossary - Free. If you are not an agent or if you are but forgot most of the annoying terms in the classes this will help you speak and understand the real estate lingo.

Box/Dropbox/Google Drive/Onedrive - Free. Share those important documents to the cloud for easier access from a computer & never lose information.

HBM - Free (Must be invited) HBM is an application that some realtors have access to that they can invite you to join and it will give your FULL access to the MLS in that area, when you talk to realtors ask them if they have access and can invite you.
