Seeking Feedback on my Free Section-8 Deal Evaluation Chrome Extension & Web App.

Hi all, I'm a software engineer who has a few investment properties in the low income category and I recently launched a free chrome extension to speed up my deal evaluation process on zillow.

https://www.section-8-scout.com/

The extension adds a UI widget with the latest HUD FMR rents for the zip code of the listing you're viewing, and and subsequently deducts the estimated monthly payment for the property as well as any pre-configured expenses from the expected rent based on the number of bedrooms and provides a rough cashflow estimate at a glance.

Search frequency data from the extension is then mapped onto this zipcode map to give insight to potential low income housing investors into where peer investors might be searching.

Still to come, I'm working on scraping active listings in the US to produce "Deal Scores" for every zip code that would indicate zip codes with high potential and availability of units that could be acquired for the purpose of section-8 rentals.

Would really appreciate any feedback from this group!
