Has anyone purchased a note thu FCIExchange?

Just wondering if anyone had used FCIExchange to buy notes and if so, how was your experience? I'm on their email list and have set up a profile. Although most of the listings are at 80-100% of UPB, sometimes I do see a decently priced listing. Any info/insight is appreciated.
