Experiences with purchasing online buyers list

Hi all,

I wondering if anyone has had any experiences with purchasing large "Cash Buyers" list online. How do you know if the list are good prior to spending the $$. Many of these list can get expensive. AND is it REALLY that easy to get your hands on a legitimate cash buyers list online? Thanks in advance
