AI for advanced real estate use case: Analyzing disclosure packets

Hi all,

I am a co-founder at Brixely. It is a platform that provides analysis of real estate documents. Within minutes of uploading entire disclosure packet, it automatically detects various type of documents (home inspection, TDS, solar, roof, pest etc.) and creates an insightful report of safety risks, costly repairs. We built it from ground up to provide actionable insights that can be used to make actual decisions.

I wanted to understand if anyone has used AI for more similar and more advanced real estate use cases. If not, what's your reasoning? There is lot of sharing around using AI for emails, listings, social media content but the technology has so much more to offer.

Thanks,
