Hi, I am interested in connecting with real estate investment and development companies looking to accelerate due diligence and improve compliance with AI. More specifically, analyzing hundreds of pages of text in disclosure packets including inspections and advisories to understand the risks when closing deals.

Quote from @Jacopo Iasiello:

Hi, Not yet, what are the pros and cons bout this?

 Pro:

- it’s trained to look for safety risks, expensive repairs

- within minutes analyzes entire disclosure packet of hundreds of pages

- works as another set of eyes that looks for things you should be watching out for, likewise of a companion

- great to quickly learn of property conditions from the actual documents while on the go (given that you still follow your own due diligence process)

- beta is free

Cons:

- still in beta

- can’t share report directly unless copy and paste

- only core documents (home inspection, pest, roof, tds, hazard, solar) are supported but not regional specific disclosures like hoa

- estimates it provides aren’t accurate

- not mobile friendly

Hi all,

I am a co-founder at Brixely. It is a platform that provides analysis of real estate documents. Within minutes of uploading entire disclosure packet, it automatically detects various type of documents (home inspection, TDS, solar, roof, pest etc.) and creates an insightful report of safety risks, costly repairs. We built it from ground up to provide actionable insights that can be used to make actual decisions.

I wanted to understand if anyone has used AI for more similar and more advanced real estate use cases. If not, what's your reasoning? There is lot of sharing around using AI for emails, listings, social media content but the technology has so much more to offer.

Thanks,

I am the co-founder of an AI startup that analyzes real estate documents. Our first product focuses on property disclosure packets, using AI to generate insightful reports highlighting safety concerns and repair estimates. Our current beta is designed to be a due diligence companion along with some added benefits.

I predict that we will see more applications leveraging AI to perform back office mundane tasks.

That's really exciting Varinder!  I would love to learn more about it as you get ready to launch!

Hi @David Ounanian, thanks and looking forward to it!

Neat idea!

 Thanks!

Hi all,

We are building AI trained for Real Estate.

Try our beta on our website for due diligence on your next property transaction.

Easily drop-in all the inspections and disclosures. Within minutes, you will receive a report with deep insights like safety concerns, repairs AND repair estimates.

Reports are entirely based on the documents you provide.

At this time, beta is entirely free. Generate as many reports!

Feel free to message me if any questions.

Thanks
