AI software that reads parcel/land maps and/or Google Earth

Over the years I found very interesting property that can be useful in rental because of its unique exterior layout. This layout can be read by ARC GIS MAPS / deeds map or even Google Earth. But it's kind of very consuming. So these days after I short listed property, I don't actually need to visit the property because i can see the maps from Google Earth.

Docusign these days, has AI capability to transcript a result summary of PDF docs and what's the highlight, and possible error entries.

I am wondering if there's any AI software outthere that can already read a map or google earth. For example, I want to find MLS listing that has 3 building structure, or I want to see house only that the backyard car access. I could also check if the roof has damage or not, from Google Earth.

MLS listing has drawback of no such functionality.

There are so many things I can do when AI can be combined to learn picture. Not meta world picture though but a very thorough AI maps software. I am wondering if there's any even paid military-grade AI mapping software outthere that I can purchase.
