Tools recommendation for efficient remote property scouting

Hi

I am interested in remotely scouting properties for rental investment opportunities. My plan is to remotely scout, and then schedule a time to tour in person. 

Going through Zillow and calculate the possible return of each property was quite cumbersome, is there any tools recommendation for doing this or how are this community finding opportunities?
