First deal, happy to lend handyman skills in exchange for mentoring

I'm sure its been asked a lot but I could use connection to a seasoned investor or professional.  In exchange I could give some of my skills and time to help alleviate some of there stress in the Boise area.

I closed on home and removed the ceiling and the blown in installation from an old house in Nampa. I plan to treat and seal a slight mold problem, add appropriate roof vents, and prefer to develop some usable attic space. I plan to get a structural engineer out before cutting into walls. I was an apprentice electrician and plan to update and rewire the existing knob and tube wiring. I plan to remodel each room but could use some deep thoughts in regards to designing a small kitchen and bathroom space and perhaps bring in some smart tech to the home. If anyone could point me in the right direction to a wise mastermind I would greatly appreciate it.
